It's pretty simple…Big Daddy's Car Wash supplies you with "dollar bill" size coupons with your organization's name right on them, which you turn around and sell. These certificates are good for one Full Service Carwash at any Big Daddy's Car wash location. Your organization keeps 50% of the money you collect, less production costs.

Costs
Certificates are "custom printed" with the name of your organization and serially numbered for easy control. At the conclusion of the one month sale period, your group returns any unsold certificates and pays for only half of the current retail price for each certificate sold, plus the production charges below:

Program Restrictions

• Carwash certificates may NOT be discounted below the current retail price.
• Certificates may NOT be sold on the premises of any Big Daddy's Car Wash location.
• Use of this program is restricted to one sale month per year, per non-profit organization.

How To Get Started
Big Daddy's Car Wash is happy to help our community by offering a fundraiser program to benefit local non-profit organizations and schools. We sincerely appreciate each of these organizations and our customers that support Big Daddy's Car Wash and our fundraising program.

Because this program is so popular and so successful, it has become necessary for us to modify our program in order to manage the number of fundraising coupons being sold at one time. Therefore, there is a limit on the number of organizations permitted to participate in the program each month.

Call Big Daddy's Car Wash at (201) 854 9797 or email your application to see if the month you’re interested in selling is available. Big Daddy's Car Wash gives you one month to sell your coupons. Decide how many coupons you think your organization will need.

Complete the "On Line" Fund Raising Application which is listed below, or contact us at (201) 854 9797.

After completing step number 4, a letter from your organization’s President authorizing you to run the fundraiser on behalf of the organization is required. The letter must be on organization’s letter head and include the organization’s not-for-profit number. This letter should be faxed to (201) 854 4669 to the attention of Fundraising Coordinator.

Fundraising Coordinator will call you one week before your selling month to let you know that your coupons are ready to be picked up [and provide directions, if needed].
